Terms & Conditions — gbk99 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the gbk99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership. gbk99 maintains a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practice and the cultural norms of the Indonesian market. Misrepresenting your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Residency and Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any law, regulation, or order applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. gbk99 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions that are explicitly listed as prohibited by our licensing authority.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any court order, guardian arrangement, or other legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding agreements.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other access restriction placed on your Account by yourself or by the Platform. Attempting to access the Platform while under a self-exclusion order is a violation of these Terms.
5. Employee Restriction: Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of gbk99, its technology partners, game providers, and payment processors are not permitted to hold a Member account or place real-money wagers on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on gbk99, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid, current email address that you own and to which you have unobstructed access. This email will be the primary channel for account communications, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations.
• You must create a strong, unique password of at least eight characters combining upper and lower case letters, numerals, and at least one special character. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All personal details submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact number — must be accurate, complete, and consistent with your government-issued identification documents.
• You must not impersonate any other person or register under a false name, alias, or identity.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation or operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gbk99 reserves the right to close all related Accounts, confiscate all balances, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify gbk99 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. gbk99 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All gbk99 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. All balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records are displayed in IDR.

gbk99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. The following verification requirements apply to all Members:

4.1 Standard Verification Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear, unexpired copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your full legal name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., bank account screenshot showing name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri; e-wallet profile screenshot for OVO, DANA, or GoPay).

4.2 Timing of Verification

gbk99 may request KYC documentation at any point during the Member relationship — including at registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify identity. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until all requested KYC documentation has been submitted and approved.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

In cases where transaction patterns, deposit volumes, or other risk indicators require it, gbk99 may request additional documentation, including but not limited to proof of source of funds or source of wealth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account restrictions or closure.

The following terms govern all deposits made to a gbk99 Account:

• Accepted payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, and Virtual Account (VA) transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits may be available subject to separate terms displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction for most payment methods. Specific methods may carry higher minimums as displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made from foreign-currency accounts will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
• Own-name requirement: Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made by family members, friends, or any other individual on the Member's behalf — are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• Processing time: The majority of deposit methods are credited to the Member's Account balance instantly or within two to five minutes. Where a delay is experienced, Members should contact 24/7 live chat support with the transaction reference number.
• Deposit limits: Members may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• No deposit fees: gbk99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction or transfer fees, for which the Member is solely responsible.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests submitted by Members:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per request. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC prerequisite: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified Account. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation will have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is completed successfully.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be nominated with prior approval from the compliance team.
• Processing time: For fully verified Accounts using OVO, DANA, or GoPay, withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri are typically processed within one to three business hours during normal operating conditions. Processing may be delayed during national public holidays, including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day.
• Pending wagers: Withdrawal requests submitted while a real-money wager is still active will be queued until the relevant wager is settled.
• Withdrawal fees: gbk99 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Members may make up to three free withdrawal requests within a seven-day rolling period; additional requests within the same period may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per request.
• AML review: gbk99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending AML review where transaction patterns indicate potential misuse. The Platform will communicate the reason for any such delay to the Member within two business days.

gbk99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

7.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available only to Members who have completed the standard registration process and, where specified, completed KYC verification. A Member may only claim any individual bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming the same bonus through multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited under Clause 9.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before the bonus amount — and any winnings derived from it — can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is disclosed prominently at the point of offer and in the promotion's individual terms. A standard welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion structure in effect at the time of claiming.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Keno and Andar Bahar contributions are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Sportsbook free bets are subject to the minimum odds and selection rules stated in each offer.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. The standard bonus validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

gbk99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play between accounts, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, gbk99 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the Account, and permanently bar the Member from future promotions.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the gbk99 Platform, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, Keno draws, Andar Bahar, or slot gacor (high-return slot machines) titles:

8.1 General Betting Rules

• All wagers must be placed using real-money funds or eligible bonus funds in the Member's Account Balance. No credit wagering is available.
• A wager is binding and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the Platform's system. Members are advised to review all selections and stake amounts before confirming any bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market, as displayed in the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. These limits may be adjusted for individual Members in accordance with gbk99's risk management policy.
• gbk99 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error in the odds, game configuration, or system display — including but not limited to pricing errors, incorrect line display, or software malfunction. Voided wagers are returned to the Member's Account Balance at the staked amount.

8.2 Sportsbook Rules

Sportsbook markets on gbk99 cover BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). The following conditions apply:

• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. A void or postponed leg will reduce the accumulator to the remaining selections.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with the Platform's published Asian handicap settlement rules, available in the FAQ section.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Network latency may result in a bet being accepted at slightly different odds; the Member will be notified and given the option to accept or decline.
• In the event of a match postponement of more than 36 hours beyond the originally scheduled kick-off time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.

8.3 Casino & Live Dealer Rules

Live casino tables on gbk99 are operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified studios. Game-specific rules — including baccarat drawing rules, roulette bet types, and blackjack basic strategy guidelines — are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round, the round will be settled according to the game's natural outcome; gbk99 is not liable for connectivity issues on the Member's side.

8.4 Keno and Andar Bahar Rules

Keno draws are conducted at regular intervals as displayed in the Keno lobby. Number selections, ticket price, and potential payouts are confirmed before each draw. Andar Bahar is a card-based game of chance; the dealing sequence and settlement rules are displayed within the game interface for both RNG and live dealer formats.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent Platform ban:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal means, including stolen payment credentials or money laundering activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human interaction tools to place wagers, navigate the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Members, game operators, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Clause 7.5.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or other geolocation-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any individual who is under 21 years of age, subject to a self-exclusion order, or otherwise ineligible under Clause 2.

gbk99 is genuinely committed to promoting responsible, sustainable, and safe gaming for all Members. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from the Member's Account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is automatically suspended until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Configure pop-up reminders that appear after a specified period of continuous play (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes).
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits, wagers, or logins are permitted.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block future re-registration. This option is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit any Member to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; create derivative works based on any Platform content; or frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform without express written permission from gbk99.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by gbk99 under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbk99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits, whether arising from game outcomes, system errors, or connectivity failures.
• Loss of data, Account information, or transaction records resulting from hardware failure, cybersecurity incidents, or Force Majeure events.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in game operation caused by third-party game providers, payment processors, or internet infrastructure providers.
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to secure their login credentials or failure to notify gbk99 of suspected unauthorised Account access in a timely manner.
• Any loss or damage arising from a Member's reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contained a manifest error subsequently corrected under Clause 8.1.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gbk99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where a jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, such exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law in that jurisdiction.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded, gbk99's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either the Member or gbk99 may terminate the Member's Account subject to the following conditions:

13.1 Voluntary Closure by the Member

A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat or by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, the Member must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure. Accounts under an active withdrawal hold or AML review cannot be closed until the relevant process is completed.

13.2 Termination by gbk99

gbk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to Platform staff, other Members, or the Platform's integrity.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory instruction, or court judgment requiring the closure of the Account.
• Dormancy: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant. gbk99 will attempt to notify the Member by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees will not reduce an Account Balance below zero.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the Member's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Where termination is initiated by gbk99 for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any Balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, real-money funds will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 10 business days. Bonus funds are non-refundable under all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbk99 holds its international gaming licence. The Platform operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of its licensing authority.

By using the Platform, Members acknowledge that they are doing so voluntarily and that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. gbk99 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a Member and gbk99 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

gbk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all material amendments:

• Material changes — defined as changes that affect a Member's rights, withdrawal conditions, or wagering rules — will be communicated to registered Members via email at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.
• Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or the addition of new game categories) may be made without prior notice and take effect upon publication on the Platform.
• The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is the Member's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.
• Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
